Engaging children through interactive experiences, based on monthly goals and objectives, is our primary focus. Our child-centered classrooms spark the curiosity of children and create a positive learning environment. We emphasize critical thinking skills, over drills that reward repetition and rote memorization. Our program recognizes and addresses the needs of individual students, and helps them build confidence in their skills. Our small classes allow us to give students personal attention and immediate feedback, so they feel supported in their learning experiences. English is the universal language. English enables us to communicate with people from many different languages and cultures. Through language, we can broaden our horizons, break down barriers, deepen our compassion and increase our consideration for others. Since I have personally experienced these benefits, I would like to help you persist, even when you feel discouraged and face setbacks. English has become one of my greatest treasures and has helped me see the world in a whole new way.

I would like to offer you easy tips to help you stay the course and achieve your dreams.

• Keep practicing. Nothing great is achieved without effort. Take for example professional athletes; the secret to their success is practice, practice and more practice.
• Language learning is best achieved in a group of students who have similar goals.

今や英語は世界共通語。自分の考え方と全然違う人たちと出会い、異文化にふれることにより、相手を理解しようとするおもいやりの気持ちが生まれ、バリアフリーの考え方、広い視野、将来を見据える力、挫折を乗り越え、新しいやり方を発見するなど、皆さんにとって大きな助けになると思います。つまり英語が使えるということは大きな宝を得たようなものです。
最後に『英語が得意になる秘訣』を伝授して締めくくりたいと思います。
「英語で話すのは楽しい」と思える経験をし、少しずつ、一歩ずつ自分の目標に向かって継続して学ぶことです。プロのスポーツ選手は練習が大好きです。英語も同じです。是非トライデントで、クラスメートや外国人の先生と一緒に楽しい時間を過ごしてください。継続は力なり

Kids English の講師はとにかく個性豊かです！　歌が得意な先生、美術が得意な先生、剣道が得意な先生、ギターが弾ける先生、など、それぞれ英語以外にも得意分野を持っている先生ぞろいです。そんな私たち講師陣がみんな共通していること・・それは元気で明るく、子どもが大好き！！　単純なようですが、この３つの要素こそ、子ども達に英語を教える講師にとって欠かせない資質なのではないかと思います。
